Monitor Hot Rod Cafe: Where Delicious Burgers Meet Irresistible Ice Cream

If you like hot rod car themed restaurants this one is worth going to. Lots of really cool decorations inside. Even fun names for the food on the menu. I got the #6 "63 Pontiac" with fresh cut fries. They also have a crispy fry option. They have a gluten free bun option and a vegetarian burger #9 "the Prius" prices are good and quantity is good. The fry sauce is tastey. It has a sweet flavor to it with a hint of chili powder. Staff is very friendly and the food came out pretty quickly. Will definitely come here again.

This was a comfortable diner. It has a dimly lit dining area. The outdoor area was perfect. I had 3 adults and 1 teen, and dinner was about $50, so it was affordable. Now the food was perfect and great burgers. We sat outside in the little field with 2 picnic tables under the tree and watched the sunset. We were all happy we stopped to eat there. We avoided going into wenatchee to eat since Apple Blossom was going on. Some classic cars came through which was fun to add to our dinner.

This place is amazing and comfortable, it is exactly what you would expect from a hot rod cafe, the burgers are delicious so are the fries, they also have a good amount of options for shakes or ice creams, I was able to finish my food with no complaints. Overall an amazing place to pull off and eat.

What a great little place!! I was passing through the area and was looking for a classic burger place to fill me up before the long drive home. The food here is BOMB! The burger I had was unbelievably fresh, even down to the jalapenos. My onion rings were battered perfectly and the burger Patty was so juicy and not dry. I can't wait to go back! I loved the burger so much I got 2! I will definitely make this my go to spot when I'm passing through.

Hot Rod Cafe has great food and for good prices. Definitely a new favorite of mine. The service is very friendly and the decor is really cool, especially if you like hot rods and racing culture. I highly recommend trying the Shelby Cobra burger and onion rings.

Expensive for fast food. Good food. Huge portions on the fries. If I had known, I only would have ordered one basket of the large fries. 2 baskets were too much to share between 3 people. I only gave it four stars instead of 5 because the prices were recently increased, but no recent photos of the menu reflected the increase. I always look before I go out, so I have an idea, and even the 2 month old photos were not up to date, so I was surprised with higher prices. I spent as much at this fast food place as I would have a nice sit-down place. The prices seem reasonable when you first look at the menu until you realize none of them are meals. Its burger only prices, then side, then drink. When you add it up, a meal is around $17 with the small drink and side or $20 with a large drink and side, before tax and tip. The ice cream prices are still decent, but we were so full we didn't have enough room.

Large portions. Delicious fries! The hamburger was outstanding. Service was quick. Did I mention the fries were amazing? And the ambiance is exactly what you're looking for at a hot rod Cafe. PS The fries are phenomenal!

Hotrod Cafe has the BEST Burgers, Fries, Shakes, and Old Fashioned Umpqua Ice Cream in the Wenatchee Valley…HANDS DOWN!!! I eat dinner here one night every week and I asked the owner why his food here tastes so great. I found out there are several reasons the food here is SO AMAZING…. The owner insists on ONLY fresh (never frozen) locally farmed/raised meat and all of the fresh vegetables they use here are individually hand picked/chosen for quality and freshness. I also found this out… The owner personally cleans (scrubs down) all the cooking grills and stove tops EVERY night for 2 hours to ensure he has the best quality tasting burgers. He also changes out the fryer oil EVERYDAY so any fried foods don’t have a greasy taste. I highly recommend the Duramax and Blown Hemi Burgers, the Fresh Cut and Waffle Fries, and be sure not to forget to top your meal off with an Old fashioned handmade Shake or their generous scoops of Umpqua Ice cream!!
